Halifax Consulting North America is the result of the 2022 merger of two leaders in sales excellence: Halifax Consulting, a global reference in sales training and consulting, and Celsius Sales Performance, a key Canadian player in building high-performing sales departments. Our team of specialized bilingual consultants supports clients across Canada and the United States, driven by a clear mission: to transform sales challenges into growth opportunities.

Rodolphe Meynier, CSL, MBA
CEO — Canada
Rodolphe has a solid knowledge of the manufacturing sector. He is dedicated to optimizing the efficiency of the sales function. Of French origin, he also has a good understanding of commercial realities in North America, France and Europe.
One of his favorite fields is sales management. Over the years, he has designed a range of services and tools that enable his customers to structure and optimize their sales departments by increasing the synergy of their sales teams.
He holds an MBA in International Business Management, as well as a degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from the University of Aix-Marseille. He also has solid experience as a consultant, speaker and coach.

Eric Zahrai

Eric Zahrai is a seasoned international sales leader with over 32 years' experience in the B2B sector. An MBA graduate from Michigan State University and bilingual in French and English, he has successfully led multicultural teams in 46 countries.
As a Halifax Partner Consultant representing Halifax Consulting in the USA, he provides hands-on consulting to B2B companies, optimizing their sales performance by transforming sales organizations, processes, and tools.

Bruno Seguin is a senior executive with extensive skills in global operations, international business development and strategic planning. Known for his ability to lead rapid rotations, Bruno has successfully led international teams in complex contract negotiations and key account management.
With a career spanning Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America, Bruno excels at critical thinking, problem solving and integrating innovation into business models.
Caroline Doyle, MBA, LLB

With a rich and varied background, she has worked in sectors as diverse as aeronautics, technology consulting and financial services. She has been responsible for leading teams of over a hundred people, negotiating major contracts and achieving exceptional results.
A pioneer in her field, she was the first woman to hold a management position in a historic company. In recent years, she has turned to coaching, using her experience to help professionals develop their potential and achieve their goals.
